Location is near a train/bus station, just a block away from the main road. Room kept clean everyday. Elevator is working. with front desk assistance 24/7. with free light breakfast. Beds are comfy. Lobby is comfy as well while waiting for your grab pick up. AC working well.

The staff are always very helpful and courteous. Always very willing to sort out any issues one may have. The location is superb with supermarkets and malls very nearby. BTS is also just 5 minutes away walk. Food around this location is aplenty and affordable. The room given this round is spacious and quiet. We love it! Overall, I have not thought of staying anywhere else in Bangkok but here.

They really take good care of their guests. I needed to get some medical attention after I slipped and tore up my arm a little. They took me to see a Dr and get patched up. They are like a family with many return guests. I feel very secure and well taken care of here, which is why I'm going to extend my stay. Security is excellent. WiFi is fast, no drop outs. Good ac. Very clean. No complaints at all. Highly recommended!

Room: spacious, very clean, confortable and big bed, everything we need (kettle, coffee, water…) Great wifi. Location: located in Japanese area in a small street that can be noisy at night. That’s an issue for superior rooms (windows are on the street side) - if you book the Deluxe (other side) it’s very calm! Overall great location, very close to subway, restaurants, supermarket, malls… Staff: very nice people, always here to help. A microwave is available in the lobby and washing machine outside. Great hotel and good price!

Staff Staff Staff The MOST helpful and friendly and KIND staff. Amazing staff. !! Nice, clean hotel and not too far to walk to the BTS train station. The hotel also has 2 washing machines and a clothes dryer just outside the hotel, where guests can insert 10 Baht coins and wash/dry their clothes. Very nice 😊😊👍

I liked the fact it was just off the main road, with the train station 3 minutes walk away (Phrom phong) you are away from the hustle and bustle but one street away is the main road.

Great location - really near BTS Phrom Phong station, easy to go from the airport and travel to other famous location. It's also located near 7eleven store and EmQuartier Shopping Mall with full famous fashion brands, coffee shops, cinema and beautiful restaurants. The staff really friendly and supportive.
